Job Title: Momentum Coordinator
Job Type: Part-Time building up to Full Time
Job Salary: 40,000 to 60,000 a year

We are a Kelowna Base Custom Furniture company who specializes in solid wood furnishing for your home or office. We are proud to take a salvaged tree and turn it into a beautiful finished product. What sets us apart is our hands-on craftsmanship each step of the way.   We pride ourselves on delivering superior original quality pieces, so customers leave feeling both a sense of awe and pride at what was created/purchases. 
What we are looking for: 
We’re looking for an extraordinary person who can help us in both the office and the shop from running a forklift and small hand tools to managing client files and correspondence. 
Who you are:
  • You’re a well organized self-motivated and professional with excellent attention to detail who is excited to help grow a business.  
  • You are experienced in a shop environment and comfortable in front of a computer. 
  • You have excellent communication skills and follow-through.  
What you’ll do:  (Including but not limited to) 
As a member of our team, 
  • you will assist in the overall operation of the office and woodshop. 
  • You will be accountable for ensuring the flow of communication between 
    • the office ↔ woodshop ↔  the client. 
  • You will also work directly with the clients to ensure that their expectations are met. 
  • You may be asked to assist in the shop on a regular basis to help with the workflow. 
What you need:
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Computers together with GSuite Applications, Microsoft Office, 
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience 
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's license as you may be asked to run errands 
Nice to Haves:
  • Understanding of a design program (audo cad, SketchUp…) 
  • Background in interior design
  • Knowledge of wood
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Ability to handle small hand tools
